A lustrous gray strong metallic element resembling titanium; it
is used in nuclear reactors as a neutron absorber; it occurs in baddeleyite but
is obtained chiefly from zircon.
MM&A processes 900 metric tons of zirconium per year for nuclear and
alloy applications. All Zirconium scrap is cleaned, graded and sorted.

Zr 2/4, Zr702, Zr705, and Commercially Pure. Product forms available include:
loose turnings, turnings compacted into round pucks or square briquettes,
custom-sized small solids and bulk weldables, tubing, rods,ingots, crystal
bars, and sponge.
